Rail Baltica Estonia Mainline Civil Works (Tallinn–Pärnu–Ikla) is a conventional rail project in Estonia, currently under construction.

This 213 km conventional rail line is under construction in Estonia. The line uses 2×25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Rail Baltic Estonia OÜ is delivering the project, with Merko Ehitus Eesti / GRK Eesti / NGE Contracting / TSO SAS consortium and Budimex SA / Ferrovial consortium as main contractors. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2030, with an investment of EUR 726 m (~USD 785 m).

Construction began in 2025, with completion expected in 2030.
