This EUR 147 m (~USD 159 m) contract supplies new rolling stock for the Elron — Škoda 16 × EMU (Estonia) programme in Estonia. The fleet operates on 1520 mm Russian gauge. Eesti Liinirongid (Elron) is delivering the project, with Škoda Group (Škoda Vagonka) as main contractor. Under construction since 2021, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 147 m (~USD 159 m).
