Quito Metro Línea 1 (Quitumbe–El Labrador) is a metro project in Ecuador, currently operational.

This 22 km metro line entered service in Ecuador. It comprises 15 stations, 20 km of tunnels and 80 km/h design speed. The line uses 1500 V DC overhead electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Empresa Metro de Quito (EMQ) is delivering the project, with Odebrecht–FCC–ALSA JV (civil), CAF (18 MQ117 EMUs) and Thales (CBTC) as main contractors. It opened in 2023, with an investment of USD 2.0 bn.

Construction began in 2013 and the project opened in 2023.
