This 185 km rail upgrade is under construction in Algeria. It comprises 160 km/h design speed. The line uses diesel traction and 1435 mm standard gauge. ANESRIF is delivering the project, with FCC and ETRHB Haddad as main contractors. Construction has been under way since 2010, with an investment of EUR 936 m (~USD 1.1 bn).
