Oued Tlelat–Tlemcen High-Speed Railway is a rail upgrade project in Algeria, currently under construction.

This 130 km rail upgrade is under construction in Algeria. It comprises 220 km/h design speed. The line uses 25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. ANESRIF is delivering the project, with Rizzani de Eccher, Condotte d'Acqua and Tensa as main contractors. Under construction since 2013, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 1.5 bn (~USD 1.6 bn).

Construction began in 2013, with completion expected in 2027.

The project has an estimated investment of €1.50B.
