This 6 km metro line is under construction in Algeria. It comprises 6 stations and 5.5 km of tunnels. The line uses 750 V DC third rail electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Entreprise Métro d'Alger (EMA) is delivering the project. Under construction since 2019, the line is scheduled to open in 2027.
