This EUR 144 m (~USD 158 m) contract supplies new rolling stock for the České dráhy RegioPanter BEMU Fleet (Series 690, Moravia-Silesia) programme in Czechia. The fleet operates on ERTMS Level 2 signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. České dráhy (ČD) and Moravskoslezský kraj are delivering the project, with Škoda Group as main contractor. Under construction since 2024, the line is scheduled to open in 2027, with an investment of EUR 144 m (~USD 158 m).
