Project overview
This 2100 km high-speed line is under construction in China. It comprises 350 km/h design speed. The line uses 2×25 kV AC 50 Hz electrification, national ATC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. China State Railway Group (CR) is delivering the project, with China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) and China Railway Engineering Group (CREC) as main contractors. Under construction since 2018, the line is scheduled to open in 2030, with an investment of CNY 530.0 bn (~USD 74.0 bn).
