Project overview
This 5 km maglev line entered service in China. It comprises 600 km/h design speed. The line uses 1435 mm standard gauge. CRRC Qingdao Sifang is delivering the project, with CRRC Qingdao Sifang and China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) as main contractors. It opened in 2021, with an investment of CNY 3.2 bn (~USD 460 m).
