Project overview
This 19 km metro line is under construction in China. It comprises 11 stations. The line uses 1500 V DC overhead electrification, CBTC signalling and 1435 mm standard gauge. Chongqing Rail Transit Group (CRT) is delivering the project, with China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) as main contractor. Under construction since 2021, the line is scheduled to open in 2026.
