Caminho de Ferro de Luanda (CFL); Angola Ministry of Transport is delivering the project, with China Railway 20 Bureau Group as main contractor. It opened in 2011, with an investment of USD 1.1 bn.
Construction began in 2005 and the project opened in 2011.
