Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) Dubai are delivering the project, with MAPA–LIMAK–CRRC consortium as main contractor. Under construction since 2025, the line is scheduled to open in 2029, with an investment of AED 20.5 bn (~USD 5.6 bn).
